Third party investment.

We are impact investors. We finance the entire operation and transfer the value of green power to you via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or system rent.

• Direct advantages: immediate and direct CO2 reduction, and cost-saving on your electricity bill. You don’t suffer any CAPEX, insurance or maintenance costs. Together we make your currently idle space on roof or ground work for you. We'll provide all data needed for your sustainability reporting.
  
  
• Indirect advantages: you own the system after the PPA, the value of the building increases, you become an example for your colleagues, customers, suppliers, investors and peer companies. Feasibility is clarified at our expense. If needed, we can also help you with the cost of preventive replacement or repair of your roofing first.

 Hybrid solutions.

We can add wind power into the equation, install a storage solution, and interlink with existing diesel generators. Alternatively, we can finance your new roof and install electrical chargers for your e-mobility. We can even implement a power-to-gas solution, directly using the hydrogen on-site. Our best solution for a specific site, will always be a tailor made one.
